Salini Immobilier manages projects from design through construction, ensuring overall coordination on behalf of private and institutional clients. The company delivers turnkey developments, providing full project management and coordinating all stakeholders involved. Salini Immobilier operates throughout France through a network of seven offices, enabling it to support its clients as closely as possible to their projects and local markets.
Since 2022, Salini Groupe has initiated the opening of Salini Immobilier's share capital. In 2025, this process resulted in the management team becoming the majority shareholder, alongside the entry of investment funds MBO+ and InnovaFonds.
On this occasion, Salini Groupe, through Financière Farnèse, became a minority shareholder of Salini Immobilier.
Founded in 2006, Foncière Salini is a privately owned family company controlled by Salini Groupe. It operates as a long-term real estate investment company, holding several properties across France. The company manages and develops its portfolio with a long-term approach.
